The Beginners classes are for individuals who are committed to making a dramatic change in their life with the support of a strong community, regardless of your past or present fitness level. We’ll be doing the same workouts as MMA fighters, Navy Seals, and Olympic Athletes, but do not be afraid. We take great care to ensure that the workouts are scaled to everyone’s individual fitness level. The Beginners classes are held Mon, Wed, and Friday at 8am and 6:30pm in our Progression room. The first 6 classes focus on Our 9 basic movements and slowly introduce you to our work-out intensity. At the end of the sessions you will be ready to participate in CFP’s regularly scheduled classes. After the beginners classes you will be free Join our regular classes. YOU choose how long you stay in the beginners classes. CrossFit is not for everyone. The work-outs are challenging both mentally and physically and you are guaranteed to grow in both areas.
Beginners Classes registration includes a CFP WODBook. They are super cool and functional, just like our gym.
Once you’ve decided to begin training with us you have 2 options:
Option 1: Begin with Beginner Classes
In each class you’ll learn 1-3 new movements, practice those movements, and participate in a workout that can be scaled for all fitness levels. New members can start every Monday and can attend as many classes as necessary at either time (8am or 6:30pm) before moving onto regular group classes. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8am and 6:30pm.
Option 2: Begin with Private Fundamentals
If our scheduled Beginner Classes don’t fit into your schedule or you want extra attention to learn the dynamic lifts and progress at your own pace, personal training is the best option for learning the CrossFit movements and entering our regular group classes. Most people can learn the movements required for our group classes in 4-8 one hour sessions, which we will agree upon during your introductory appointment.
Other options/classes:
We also offer personal training for those who don’t wish to enter our group classes. Individuals with sport/competition specific goals, or who just want individualized programming, one-on-one attention, and the accountability that comes with it are perfect for this option. We have trainers with many years experience as personal trainers who can create programs tailored to your specific fitness goals.
Olympic lifting classes, Powerlifting classes, and Endurance programming are also available as a stand alone options.
Our rates range from $80-$210 a month.
