Methodology:
All workouts are designed and coached by the trainers at CrossFit Progression. The coach leads clients through increasingly athletic movements, guiding people of all ability levels toward improved health and athletic ability. Our clients say the personal training and the group workouts are fun and challenging. Clients’ sense of fun and variety (never knowing what the workout will be until they arrive) keeps them coming back, so that they get the results they want.
Equipment:
Using a wide variety of equipment increases the skill demand and interest level. Our equipment includes: 9 Rowing machines, pull-up bars with room for over 40 people, dumbbells, Over 22 Olympic barbells both Mens, Womens, and Form bars available, bumper plates, lifting floors that allow weights to be dropped (for safer lifting), kettlebells, Tires for flipping, Medicine Balls, climbing ropes, gymnastics rings, jump ropes, 16 to 30-inch jump-up platforms, Wt. Sleds, 4 GHD machines, and space to run.
